RETURN POLICY

Refund are provided for hair extensions that have not been altered, washed, worn, unwrapped, or otherwise tampered and are returned within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order. Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. Orders returned after 15 days will be sent back to the customer.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us! Exchanges are provided for hair extensions that have not been worn, unwrapped, or otherwise tampered and are returned within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order.

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.
